File Format
CSV (UTF-8 encoding), max 50MB
Select Your Platform

Export limit: 10,000 records
Navigate to Incidents
Type incident.list in the Application Navigator

Check your role has the "export" permission assigned.
File opens as HTML?
Re-export ensuring UTF-8 encoding is selected.
More than 10K tickets?
Split by quarters (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4) and combine CSVs.
